Screw It - Service Provider Terms

1. Who We Are

Screw It is a platform that connects customers with independent service professionals ("Contractors") for home services. We do not employ Contractors and we do not provide the services ourselves.

2. Independent Contractor Status

By signing up, you confirm that:

• You are an independent contractor
• You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Screw It
• You are fully responsible for your own work, taxes, and legal obligations

3. Eligibility & Requirements

To join and remain on Screw It, you must:

• Hold a valid Osek Murshe or Osek Patur
• Maintain valid insurance, including third-party liability where applicable
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Hold any required licences or certifications for your trade

Screw It reserves the right to request proof of the above at any time.

4. Verification

You agree to provide:

• Valid identification
• Business documentation
• Supporting documents upon request

Screw It may verify your information and may approve or reject your application at its sole discretion.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The quality and completion of your work
• Arriving on time and communicating clearly with customers
• Providing accurate quotes and fair pricing
• Leaving the worksite clean and safe

In short: do the job properly, professionally, and respectfully.

6. Liability

You accept full responsibility for any work performed and for any damages, losses, or injuries caused during your services. Screw It is not liable for your work or its outcomes.

7. Insurance

You must maintain valid insurance covering your work. Failure to maintain insurance may result in removal from the platform.

8. Platform Role

Screw It acts solely as a connector between customers and Contractors. We do not guarantee job volume, do not supervise or control your work, and are not a party to the agreement between you and the customer.

9. Payments & Fees

• You may be charged a commission on jobs obtained through Screw It
• Payment structures may evolve as the platform grows

You agree to comply with the current payment terms as communicated.

10. Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully with customers, not misrepresent your skills or experience, and not bypass the platform to avoid fees once introduced.

11. Suspension & Removal

Screw It may suspend or remove you from the platform at any time, including for poor service quality, customer complaints, false information, or breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.

13. Acceptance

By signing up and using Screw It, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.
